Meet Laurie

I consider myself a ‘system disrupter’. By raising an individual or team’s awareness of how they are operating, I support my clients in disrupting the patterns and habits that get in the way of generating their desired outcomes. By uncovering new possibilities and focusing on solutions we create new wiring in our brains. That means new behaviors and habits that are in line with the way we want our lives to be – at work, at home and in our communities. What we achieve is a result of how we think. I’m sure you’ve heard Henry Ford’s famous phrase, “whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right.”

For me wholeness is about creating a positive relationship between mind, body and spirit. Not a perfect relationship but one aligned with my life purpose – what really matters. My purpose is to generate endless possibilities for people through relationship. I guess you could also call me a ‘possibilitarian’.

Since we are always in relationship and we grow and develop through relationships, then learning how to create vital relationships seems essential. Makes me wonder why aren’t we taught relationship skills in school? The good news is that there are skills that we can learn to create positivity in our relationships. That’s exciting – knowing we can learn skills and create new pathways in our brains to keep us heading in the direction we want to go. That leads to a lot of possibility!
