Team coaching is based on a model of on-going learning and sustained change. The focus is on engaging the team in conversation, developing action steps and holding accountability in team coaching sessions over time. The process encourages team buy-in.

Using team assessment results, team members receive customized coaching and training to meet the team’s specific needs. Team members determine how they want to work together based on increased awareness of team dynamics. The coaching generates increased positivity and productivity in the team – the essential ingredients for high performing working relationships.

Because of the on-going nature of coaching, participants are able to integrate new behaviors and patterns in “real-time” over time and thus the learning is sustainable beyond the duration of the formal coaching.
